Kyle’s Experience

Hi, I’m Kyle, the owner and manager of StudioFlex in Downtown Pleasant Hill. I opened my own fitness studio at the age of 21, driven by a passion for helping people feel their strongest, healthiest, and most confident selves. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, I’ve coached hundreds of clients, designed dynamic HIIT workouts, and built a team of incredible trainers who share my mission of delivering results in a supportive, one-on-one environment.

About Kyle

Outside of the gym, you’ll often find me traveling, catching live music, or soaking up the outdoors. Whether I’m hiking a new trail or exploring a new city, I love staying active and finding inspiration in the world around me.
