Diana H. Nguyen
NASM Certified Personal Trainer | Future Doctor of Physical Therapy
Diana is a dedicated fitness coach with a strong foundation in both personal training and rehabilitation. Diana’s background in personal training, rehabilitation clinics, and assisted stretching gives her a comprehensive approach to fitness, blending strength, mobility, and injury prevention to help clients move and perform at their best. From coaching strength and conditioning at Fitness 19 to working hands-on with PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) stretching techniques at Stretch Lab, Diana understands how to optimize movement and performance. She has also assisted in physical therapy settings, including MOTI Physiotherapy, Casa Colina Hospital, and the University of Southern California, where she helped clients recover from injuries and improve mobility.
